Call tracking starts at $45/mo + overages and we have packages that range from 500 – 2500 minutes. VoIP & call tracking starts at $65/mo + overages and we have packages that range from 500 – 6000 minutes. Are you an existing customer and interested in learning more? Book a demo to learn more.

Yes, we’re revisiting our packages now and will likely have new options in early 2023. 

Yes, you can port your current business number into our system or purchase a new one within the system. Please make sure you keep your current carrier until you have successfully ported into Housecall Pro.

Once you purchase VoIP, we will take you through an onboarding process within the Housecall Pro web app and will help you gather all of the necessary information our team will need to get your number ported.

After you submit everything, one of our reps will be the go-between to file the request with Twilio. The entire process usually takes between 1-3 weeks and once Twilio confirms that the number has been ported, we will alert you via email right away. 

There is no way to schedule an exact time that the number is ported, but the transfer itself is instantaneous and there will be no downtime for anyone trying to reach your business. The official transfer will only ever happen on a weekday, always between 8-9am PST and we will ensure that you are informed the second the porting process is complete.

We are actively working on ways to streamline and improve this porting process, but if you experience any issues you can email porting@housecallpro.com or reach out via the blue chat bubble within the web app! 

You can transfer a live call to your personal cell phone once you answer it within the web app. Just make sure your cell phone number is up-to-date within Housecall Pro under your employee settings. 

Our solution is built from Twilio, an industry-leading phone solution. We have a high call success rate and we also have a fallback so if Housecall Pro were to ever go down, your business will receive calls without interruption.

No, you won’t be able to use your landline or personal cell phone. VoIP is short for “voice over internet protocol” meaning it’s like an internet or cloud phone. You either port or purchase a business number and use it within the Housecall Pro system. There is no way to keep personal calls separate. 

You can certainly port any phone number, but then you would have to get a separate number from your carrier for personal use.

You will need audio and microphone capabilities on your computer. You should not need any special hardware beyond that.
